Responsible Gaming

Chances is committed to ensuring a safe and responsible gambling environment. Gambling at Chances is intended solely for entertainment purposes and should never be treated as a source of income or a financial solution. Players are encouraged to engage with our platform in a manner that is enjoyable and controlled, recognizing the importance of maintaining healthy gaming habits.

Self-Control Tools

To support responsible gambling, Chances provides several self-control tools designed to help players manage their gaming activities effectively. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount of money they can deposit into their accounts.
• Loss Limits: Players can establish limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a specified timeframe.
• Wagering Limits: Players have the option to set limits on the total amount they can wager within a certain period.
• Session Time Limits: Players can set time limits for their gaming sessions to avoid extended play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players can choose to take a break from gambling for a set period, during which their accounts will be temporarily suspended.
• Self-Exclusion Options: Players can opt for longer-term self-exclusion, preventing them from accessing their accounts for a designated period or indefinitely.

These tools empower players to take control of their gambling activities and promote a healthier gaming experience.

Self-Assessment

Chances encourages players to reflect on their gambling behavior. The following questions can help identify early signs of problematic gambling:

1. Do you often gamble to escape from stress or other negative feelings?
2. Have you ever felt the need to gamble with increasing amounts of money?
3. Do you find yourself chasing losses or trying to win back money you have lost?
4. Have you ever lied to family or friends about how much time or money you spend on gambling?
5. Do you feel anxious or irritable when you are unable to gamble?
6. Have you noticed that gambling is affecting your relationships or responsibilities?
7. Do you often think about gambling, even when you are not playing?

If you answer yes to any of these questions, it may be beneficial to reassess your gambling habits.

Protection of Minors

Chances takes the protection of minors seriously and implements strict procedures to prevent underage access to its services. These measures include:

• Age Verification: All players must undergo an age verification process to confirm they are of legal gambling age before they can create an account.
• KYC Checks: Know Your Customer (KYC) checks are conducted to ensure that all players meet the age requirements and to prevent underage gambling.

These safeguards are in place to protect vulnerable individuals and ensure a safe gaming environment for all players.

For players who may need additional support, Chances acknowledges the importance of seeking help from professional organizations. Resources available include:

• GamCare: Offers information, advice, and support for anyone affected by gambling.
